UWC Robert Bosch College is one of 15 United World Colleges around the world. Located in Freiburg, the sunniest city in Germany, it was created with a particular focus in mind: sustainability. Countless of discussions about sustainable development, renewable energies and climate change have taken place on campus grounds, but there is always space for more involvement. Starting with COP21 in Paris, and hopefully continuing with many more COPs in the future, UWC Robert Bosch students are ready to engage in issues that will affect our planet.
During a short, five-day stay in Paris in the middle of the climate conference, 16 of our students will take part in activities relating to the climate negotiations by updating this blog, translating articles, opening an information flow, and most importantly, working with several NGOs. This blog is meant to be a way to track their progress and their work!
